1. QR Attendee Offline App
Our offline solution is designed for maximum privacy and zero data transmission.
- Data Storage: All student records, attendance logs, and configuration settings are stored strictly in the local database (SQLite) on your physical Android device.
- Data Transmission: The application does NOT transmit, upload, or sync any of your attendance data to our servers.
- Permissions: We request Camera access solely for the purpose of scanning QR codes locally in real-time. We request Storage access solely for saving your exported CSV/PDF reports to your device.
2. QR Attendee Online App
Our online solution relies on cloud synchronization to function across multiple devices.
- Data Storage: When using the online edition, class lists, student profiles, and scan logs are securely transmitted to and stored on our encrypted cloud servers via Firebase/Google Cloud Platform.
- Data Access: Only you (the account holder) and the teachers you explicitly grant access to can view this data via our Web Dashboard or the App.
- Account Information: We collect necessary account registration details (such as email addresses) to provide authentication and customer support.
- Data Deletion: You retain full rights to request the deletion of your online database at any time by contacting support.
3. QR Cards Generator (Web)
The web-based QR Cards Generator on qrattendee.com is a client-side utility.
- Data Processing: All QR code generation and PDF compilation happens strictly inside your web browser (client-side) using JavaScript technologies.
- No Tracking: The names, IDs, and classes you input to generate ID cards are NEVER sent to our servers. We do not maintain logs or copies of the generated PDF files.
4. Third-Party Analytics
Our public website (qrattendee.com) may use anonymous analytics tools (like Google Analytics) to monitor traffic performance and improve user experience. These tools do not capture personally identifiable information without your explicit consent.
