Welcome to QR Attendee. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the QR Attendee applications, websites, and associated services provided by Raji's Lab Technologies LLP ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Licensing & Acceptable Use
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our applications and services for personal, educational, or commercial attendance tracking purposes.
- You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software.
- You agree not to use the services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your collection of student data complies with local privacy laws in your jurisdiction.
2. Offline App - Lifetime Premium
The "QR Attendee Offline" app may be purchased as a one-time "Lifetime Premium" upgrade via the Google Play Store.
- This purchase is tied to your Google Play account and grants you access to ad-free usage and unlimited local storage features.
- As the application relies entirely on your device's local storage, Raji's Lab Technologies LLP cannot be held responsible for data loss caused by device failure, uninstallation, or user error. You are responsible for manually exporting and backing up your data.
3. Online App - Subscriptions
The "QR Attendee Online" app operates on a recurring subscription model (Monthly or Annually).
- By subscribing, you authorize us (or our payment processors) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Google Play Store or Web Dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided.
- We commit to maintaining a 99.9% uptime Service Level Agreement (SLA) for Enterprise and Business tier subscribers.
4. QR Cards Web Generator
The QR Cards generator provided on our website is a free client-side tool.
- We do not guarantee the scanning success of generated cards under all physical printing conditions (e.g., poor ink quality, improper scaling).
- Users are expected to perform a test print and scan before bulk generating and laminating cards for their entire institution.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raji's Lab Technologies LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your access to or use of the services. The service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Online App if we determine you have violated these Terms. For the Offline App, your license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with these terms.
